"Again, I have to give Mississippi Solar a 5 Star review. My generator went out Thursday night, we think due to a lightning strike that was about 500 ft from the generator on my property. As it was very late at night that the Southern Pine repairman, kudos to them for sending someone so fast when I reported I thought my electricity was out, came, and we discovered I had electricity, but the generator was just running. So, I pulled up Virginia ‘s number with plans to call first thing Friday morning. But, before I had even turned off my alarm and gotten out of bed I had a phone call from Matt the Service Manager. My generator had shown up on a report that he gets on his phone. After telling him what had happened, he said he would be out to check it on Friday. He got there, and immediately went to work. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this company and its employees. They are all efficient, polite, well educated regarding the product and do not hesitate to make a phone call if they feel they need to speak with someone with more experience. I had a 9.28 Kwp, 36 panel Solar system installed at my home in Sandersville MS in November 2018 through another Company. The sub-contractor who installed the system had many delays and did not do a quality or professional job. The system operated fine for about 30 days until it developed an intermittent ground fault. I had the Company I purchased the system from come out and repair the system, and they sent the original installation contractor back out to fix the system. The sub-contractor came out, but he did not fix the problem, because in a few days the system went out again with the same problem.

I contacted the Company I purchased the system from and told them I didn’t want their original installation contractor back on my site and I wanted them to find a certified/qualified contractor to fix my system.

Thankfully the Company contacted Mississippi Solar, LLC. and had them come out to troubleshoot my system. Mississippi Solar came out and did a full diagnostic and they found the problem. The original installation contractor had done sub-par work which caused the ground fault. Mississippi Solar was timely and professional and they repaired the sub-par work. Mississippi Solar even installed a transfer switch that the original installation contractor didn’t know how to install properly.

My 36 panel Solar system has been working flawlessly since Mississippi Solar fixed our system. I highly recommend Mississippi Solar, LLC and if you need any work done on an existing system or are having a new system installed, they are the Company to call. They are very professional and do excellent work and are very timely. If I ever have any more trouble with my system, I will be calling Mississippi Solar, LLC.
